Information on qualified services

1. Application for qualified certificates

To generate qualified electronic signature, a qualified certificate is required. It can be obtained from the NetLock Ltd., a qualified Certificate Authority.

By the provisions of law, a qualified certificate can be applied for only by natural persons. The NetLock Ltd. issues personal as well as business card type qualified certificates. The business card certificate is a personal certificate, in which - besides the signer - an organisation is indicated, as well, that acknowledges the signer belongs to it..

In the course of certificate issuing, the primary identification of the signers is carried out by notaries upon the preliminary request of the NetLock Ltd.

1.1 Tasks of the applicant
